Frog CMS
Frog is a simple no-fluff content management system that helps to manage pages, templates, users and files. It began as a PHP fork of the well known Ruby on Rails application named Radiant CMS, but has actually moved well beyond that now.
Current Version: 0.9.5
Cost: Free
Development: Community
Specialization: Lite CMS
Hosting: Own Server
Source: Open Source
License: GNU Affero GPL
Programming: PHP
Database: MySQL
Our Impressions:
Frog’s strength is in its simplicity. As soon as you log in you’re brought to the page listing, pages can be in any kind of hierarchy and they’re super easy to reorder and move. “Snippets” are little blocks that can be dropped anywhere in the website you need and give the system its flexibility. It has a small but active community that answers questions quickly and helpfully.
Frog was only made to do so much, and reqiuires plugins for anything other than its basic functionality. It has a file manager, but has no inherent ability to use images in your pages. Frog also opts for raw PHP instead of any kind of custom tags to call page listings or anything of the sort, which can be daunting for designers.
Frog’s development team lately has been mostly absent. Use a fork of Frog CMS called Wolf CMS.

Strengths: One word – simplicity.
Weaknesses: Hopefully they improve the documentation, it would be so much easier for the new user if they would have a handy documentation.

Strengths: I love FrogCMS. Lightweight, Fast, Does the job, and extremely easy to pickup. By far my favorite CMS because of it’s size and speed.
Weaknesses: I would like new versions to be released faster but it’s only a few people I think

Strengths:
+ Extremely simple to use and easy to get working quickly.
+ Uses standard PHP tags rather than CMS tags so developers will be right at home.
+ Works quickly, and lacks all of the bloat of larger CMSs
+ Active support forums with a helpful community.
+ An agile CMS that can be contributed to.
+ Simple UI for content editors.
+ Easy to install
+ Lots of helpful plugins to increase the power of the core CMS.
Weaknesses:
- Blogging structure needs some work, could be difficult for larger weblogs.
- Documentation exists but occasionally lacks consistency.

Strengths: – Very flexible!
- Simple userinterface
- Extendible
- Fast
- Growing community
Overall a great easy to setup CMS!
Weaknesses: – Documentation not yet ready
- Maybe not that great for larger websites
- Not that great on the editor (content-writer)-side, but easy to fix with better plugins.

Strengths: – Very Fast & Light
- Very Easy to design on it
- Perfect for 80% sites that i make
Weaknesses: – Not well documented ( I don’t have any problems with that, but new to any cms users will)
- This cms is in young status, so there is no big community
